Your Pitch is probably terrible
Don't start with your name
You've already lost them if you start with your name, and if the second part of your sentence is, "and I am a "such and such" at "so and so company", you've really lost them.
People are checking out as soon as you take the floor with openers like that. They don't hear what you have to offer, and they certainly don't feel a pull to buy from you.
You need a drastic change to your one liner and it's gonna take a little effort. It's time to shift your thinking so you can stop boring people and start selling them.
